North Palm Beach is what some like to call “Old Florida.”  Incorporated in 1956, North Palm still has a touch of the past on every street.  The village, as it is known, is family-friendly and has a population of only 12,500.  Home to a world-renowned golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, North Palm Beach has a small-town feel where it seems the entire village gathers together at the country club every Friday night for activities at the pool.  Nestled alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, many of the homes here are water-front and boast incredible views.  Some of the water-front communities include Captain’s Key, Seminole Landing, Harbour Isles, Pleasant Ridge, North Palm Beach Village, and Prosperity Harbor.
