Today I went into this home to check it out. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and is just under 2300 sq ft. Siena Oaks has historically low HOA dues, so it’s a great buy. The flow of the house is ideal, and the kitchen/great room is the focal point of the home. This house could use some updating (just some interior painting really). With the sellers reducing the price by $50,000, this is an INCREDIBLE deal for anyone looking for a home in Siena Oaks!
This is a GREAT family home for anyone wanting to be close to downtown but not too close. Wood floors, remodeled kitchen, and a “man-cave” are some of the unique features of this home. It’s in a gated community and convenient to everything. I think this house is worth a look if you are looking in this area. It’s by far the nicest house around the area and reasonable priced! Those two attributes make this a worthwhile home to see!
